Lauren Keegan is a writer and psychologist from the Wollondilly Shire, NSW. She works as a psychologist in a public mental health service in Sydney South-West and has previously worked in child protection services.
Lauren writes commercial fiction stories about women for women.

Lauren is currently seeking representation for her commercial women’s fiction novel The Perfect Sister (working title), set in a small country NSW town which explores memory, mental illness and family relationships.

Lauren has reviewed independent and traditionally published books in a range of genres since the conception of her blog (formerly known as The Australian Bookshelf) in 2012.
She has worked with major Australian publishing houses Allen & Unwin, Penguin Random House, Hachette Australia, Harlequin and a number of smaller publishing houses.
