A Season Of Transformation: Weekly tour wrap-up #5 and GIVEAWAY

It's that time of the week again where I plug my book and give a weekly wrap-up of my book blog tour for A Season Of Transformation.  I have been keeping very busy this week! Here's the weekly summary:I have two guests posts featured this week.  I stopped over at Book’d Out for a guest post where I share my thoughts on writing inspirations.Getting in the Mood to WriteWhen I think about getting ‘in the mood’ for productivity, I think of being in a calm environment where I can let my mind do all the work. What instantly comes to mind is a relaxing soak in the bath with candles and a glass of wine. While I might get away with reading a paperback in the bath tub it’s not an ideal setting for a pen and notebook or my laptop. To read the full article click HERE I also stopped by Donna’s Blog Home  to chat about self-publishing.Is self-publishing really the easy path?I am a self-published author and when I receive books to review for my blog I am always extra excited when I receive a book from a well-known ublishing company. I think, Ooh I will be reviewing a book by a ‘real’ author! I can’t help but give traditionally published authors that elevated status. Let’s face it there is a hierarchy in the publishing world and I am certainly guilty of prejudice against the Indies at times. So, why did I self-publish? Well that’s a good question…To read more of the post click HERE. A couple of great new reviews have gone up for A Season Of Transformation:“A Season of Transformation is very much a character driven story, focusing on the personal issues of the teens and their developing relationships with each other in the lead up to the confrontation. Fordham demonstrates an solid understanding of her characters and their motivations and this aspect is a clearly the strength of the novel.” Shelleyrae @ Book'd Out The characters are what stopped me from even thinking of putting a bookmark in to stop for the day.” Gina @  The Bucket List There will also be reviews posted by Donna @ Donna's Blog Home and Yani @ The Secret Life of an Avid Reader in the coming week and I am looking forward to these. The June GOODREADS giveaway for 2 signed ARC copies of A Season Of Transformation has been drawn.
