I also felt vested in the success of the relationship between Lissa and Steven this time around, perhaps because the character of Lissa felt more wholesome. Something sutble changed in my feeling about the way this relationship evolved from the first to the second book.Once again, this series is a great mix of supernatural and action wrapped up nicely in the setting of Brisbane.
