Book 2 Movie: One for the Money by Janet Evanovich

It's all very exciting, One for the Money is now at the movies! I finally started reading the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich last year. After reading One for the Money (#1)- I was hooked! I have a lot of catching up to do in this series, but with the first book fresh in my mind I am thrilled that it has been made into a film, starring Katherine Heigl and Jason O'Mara. One for the Money (Stephanie Plum, #1)One for the Money (Stephanie Plum, #1)The film blurb: Crime-comedy starring Katherine Heigl as Stephanie Plum, a bounty hunter whose first assignment has her on the trail of a wanted criminal from her romantic past. Based on the best-selling novel by Janet Evanovich, the first book in a series of 16 Stephanie Plum stories. Jersey girl Stephanie (Heigl) is newly divorced and desperate for money, so she approaches her sleazy cousin (Patrick Fischler, Mulholland Dr.) for a job at his bail bonding company. Her first assignment as a "recovery agent" is former college flame, and now murder suspect, Joe Morelli (Jason O'Mara, Life on Mars). Stephanie learns the ropes and hunts her man, with the help of expert bounty hunter Ranger (Daniel Sunjata, The Devil Wears Prada). But, complications arise when her family meddles, witnesses turn up dead, and she discovers that the sparks still fly when she confronts Morelli himself. There's plenty of movie information on Evanovich's website, but here's the trailer:[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rn1PpRgUaeU?feature=player_embedded]There's been plenty of talk about whether Katherine Heigl will live up to the role of Stephanie Plum, and I must say I am wary about how she will pull it off. But I'm not going to judge her until I've seen the movie!* One for the Money airs in the U.S from January 27th, 2012 and in AU on Thursday 16th Feb- No fair that we have to wait almost three weeks longer!I'd love to hear what you think about One for the Money becoming a film
