So, to keep her emotions safely tucked away and get her ‘gramma’ off her back she agrees to marry the sensible and caring Nick. Lyla accepts her last big project at the London firm where she has worked her way up the ladder to success before she moves to Spain to be with Nick. But when her new boss arrives for the final project that will require a month-long working relationship and a trip to Paris, Lyla is in utter shock when she realises it is Alex Knight, the man who left her in disarray all those years ago. Lyla is faced with a rise of mixed emotions; anger, betrayal, lust… and Alex is equally affected by her. Lyla uncovers he true feelings for Alex that lies beneath the hatred she has created since she last saw him.Always You is a quick read, some predictabilities in the storyline but nevertheless had me turning the pages due to the chemistry between the characters. I devoured this in one sitting.
