2012 Virtual Advent Tour: My Berry Christmas Punch Recipe

Today I'm going to share the recipe for Berry Christmas Punch. My folks still host Christmas each year and since they can never make up their mind what they want other people to bring, I've taken to bringing along a yummy fruity punch which my family always enjoy. It usually gets topped up once or twice during the night. I can't remember where I originally got the recipe, but i've changed it up a bit over the years.
Berry Christmas PunchIngredients: 1.5 litres Ocean Spray rasperry cranberryA bottle of sparkling wine (I tend to just use Spumante or Moscato)1/2 cup (125ml) Cointreau2 limes, quartered250g strawberries150g blueberries120g raspberries1/4 cup fresh mint leavesMethod:Pour the cranberry juice, sparkling wine and Cointreau into a punch bowl. Use your hands to squeeze some of the juice from the limes into the punch. Stir to combine. Add the squeezed limes to the punch.Add the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and mint leaves.Drink up!
